Nice pool

Could be better attention to the details. Room cleanliness - dirty marks on walls, inroom safe had no batteries and poor location on floor. Previous occupants rubbish in bedside table still there. Pool umbrellas difficult to put up, staff sometimes forgot to do it.

Very close to the airport but far enough not to be bothered by it.

For anyone flying out early, this is an excellent choice. Not expensive at all, very close to Sirinat Park beach and restaurants, quiet and clean.

Pleasant

The hotel is closely to HKT airport, just 5 minutes by car. If you are looking for the place to stay nearby airport then this hotel may be the choice for you.

The air-condition in my room was not work well (seem temp was set at 28c), so i requested staff to change my room and was responded. The smell of pillow was not good, it smell like it's never been washed for long time.

The room was clean staff was great nice walk to the ocean or hung out at the pool also very clean

I don’t know my trip was a great adventure my girl friend is Thai she had sightseeing trips lunches everything very exciting I couldn’t be happier

dark and dingy.

Shower is powerful and plenty hot water.

We had to take room 1201. this is a dreadful room. it has very small balcony as most has been fenced off as there is an electric power distributor Immediatly against the hotel. this means there is only a small sliding door to admit light so the room is very dark. Staff were unhelpful when we complained about the quality of the room. There is no hot water in the bathroom sink. The toilets at the swim pool are disgusting .

Moldy!

Our room was so stinky of mold! Aftet a quick inspection we found black mold growing on the ceiling! I'm an experienced traveler in Thailand and have put up with damp smells before, but this was overwhelming. We both feared for our health. We checked out shortly after check in and they wouldn't refund our money or give us another room. Also, our flight to Phuket was cancelled so I had emailed them and sent a msg within booking.com right away to let them know we were delayed. I explained that we would miss checking in the first night but keep the room, we would pay for it, and like an 8 am check in the following day - the room was not ready for us! We had to wait in the lobby for what seemed like an eternity.

Awesome

The hotel was nice and clean. Just 3 min walk from the beautiful and clean Naiyang beach and next to the National Park. There is a market within walking distance from the hotel 3 days/week. And 7 11 just next door. (which was closed because of Covid but there was a family mart no far from the hotel). The hotel is 5 min drive from the airport. You can get the public bus (30 baht) and just walk for 10-15 min to the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful and gave me a ride to the airport to catch my early flight. Overall everything was nice

Good location close to beach

Very good location 5 min walk to nice beach. Your experience will depend on what room you get- some are way better than others. Pool is small but nice. Walking distance to restaurants and stores. Breakfast ok.

If you get a room with ‘garden view’ the balcony is useless. This is not a garden but a wall fence next to a street. Balcony is Very dusty and chairs are dirty. Also the room could be a little cleaner. Wifi very poor. Many mosquitos. Bad sewage smell from drain.

The pool was great and the breakfast was good value too.

I think i killed about 40 mosquitos within the first hour of being in my room.

Awesome

Great value for money. The breakfast buffet was excellent, we had a nice room with balcony, big windows, hot shower, great price!

The stuff didn't speak much English and gave us wrong and contradictory information. When we tried to get a tuctuc to the bus stop and was little helpful and said she didn't know any.
